Biography
Doug Christensen, a partner at Christensen Fonder Dardi Herbert PLLC, maintains a vibrant U.S. and international patent prosecution practice, having obtained hundreds of patents for clients with global name recognition. Mr. Christensen counsels clients on all aspects of intellectual property, including licensing and domestic and foreign patent infringement litigation. Mr. Christensen focuses his practice on the mechanical, electro-mechanical, medical devices, and semiconductor manufacturing arts, and is experienced in developing and managing extensive client patent portfolios. Additionally, Mr. Christensen’s extensive first chair trial experience is a valued asset in counseling his clients on infringement matters.
